Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If you're not absolutely delighted, you may exchange your jewelry for any reason for equal value within 14 days (two weeks).  No returns after 14 days.

Returns
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged and another exact item is not available. If you need to exchange it for another item of equal value, send us an email at tracey@hollywood-collection.com with the item you would like to exchange, and the new item you would like to replace it, including size. We will verify that the new item is in stock and hold it for you. Return shipping address is: The Hollywood Collection, 6363 Point Hancock Dr, Winter Garden, FL 34787, United States.  Please include $5 for return shipping to you  

Shipping.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Note:  Only one exchange of item(s) is allowed per order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
