Ginger Rogers was famous for dancing with Fred Astaire, and she wore absolutely beautiful jewelry in publicity photos and as she danced.  A perfect example is this light blue topaz dazzler!  Though we cannot find the movie it belongs to, this ring contains a stunning teardrop topaz center stone, and it's surrounded by 10 smaller clear teardrop CZ diamonds--plus, 10 pink round diamond CZ's below the clear ones.  The stones are mounted in a Rhodium over alloy setting.
