Marlene Dietrich made her American film debut in 1930, starring with Gary Cooper in Morocco, then 6 years later, they made the romantic movie, Desire.  Marlene was a jewel thief in this movie.  In a publicity photo, Ms. Dietrich wore a dazzling gray and white pearl ring set in gold.
