Lana Turner was first discovered at the now famous soda fountain in Schwab's Drugstore.  Her career got a real jolt when her WWII pin-up photo became a hit among service men around the world.  Lana gave dramatic performances in such timeless classics as The Postman Always Rings Twice and Peyton Place.  She appeared in a publicity photo wearing an amethyst ring set in gold and surrounded by diamonds.
